Refund policy

What you're buying

DryDock Kit is a one-time purchase of a license to downloadable source code, delivered as soon as your payment succeeds. Source code can't be returned once it's downloaded, so refunds cover the situations below rather than a change of mind.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if

• It doesn't work as documented. The kit doesn't install or run by following its documentation, on the requirements listed for your edition. Report the problem to support with the steps you took and the error you saw. If we can't fix it or give you a working solution within 7 days of your report, we refund you.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We refund the extra charges.
• Your download never arrived and we can't deliver it after you contact us.

Wrong edition or tier

• Wrong edition (for example Drizzle instead of Supabase): we'll swap it for the edition you meant, at no cost, within 14 days.
• Wrong tier: we'll move you to the right tier and refund or charge the price difference. Upgrading from Developer to Team & Agency later works the same way: you pay the difference.

Not covered

• Changing your mind after downloading the source code.
• Features the product page lists as not included, such as file uploads and background jobs. Please check the page and the FAQ before buying.
• Problems caused by changes you or an AI assistant made to the code, by your hosting, or by third-party accounts such as Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle or Polar.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@drydockkit.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the purchase receipt and the reason. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Refunding your purchase ends your license: access to the download is removed, and you must stop using the kit and delete your copies. Refunding a duplicate charge doesn't: you keep the one license you paid for.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We answer every request, and it's faster for you.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
