This website has no analytics, no cookies and no forms. When you buy, Dodo Payments handles your payment, and we receive only what we need to deliver your license and support you. We never see your card details, and we don't sell or share your data.
Who we are
DryDock Kit is made and sold by Abinithish Kumar, based in India (“we”). For anything about your data, email support@drydockkit.com.
When you visit this website
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site sets no cookies.
- If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the page remembers it. It never leaves your device.
- Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this data to identify you.
- Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page doesn't contact any third-party font service.
When you buy
Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record: it processes your payment, calculates tax and issues your receipt. It collects the details needed for that, such as your name, email, billing address and payment details, and handles them under its own privacy policy, linked on the checkout page.
From Dodo Payments we receive your name, email address, country, what you bought, the order number and the amount paid. We never receive your card or bank details.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and give you access to updates in the 1.x version line.
- To email you about your purchase: receipts, new releases and security fixes.
- To answer your support requests.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting law requires.
We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone except the services needed to do the above, such as Dodo Payments and our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as your license is active and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept while they're useful for answering you, and deleted on request where the law allows.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@drydockkit.com. Deleting purchase records may mean we can no longer confirm your license or send you updates.
The software itself
The DryDock Kit source code you download contains no telemetry and doesn't contact us. What your own product collects from its users, once you build and deploy it, is up to you.
